• Oil-free structure for the face.

The template sewing machine head has adopted the advanced dry head technology (no lubrication is required). The needle bar part of the face adopts the oil-free structure used in all TOPEAGLE TPS -8710A series. There is no oil leakage from the needle bar, and it will not cause oil stains on sewn products.

• X&Y direction feeding control adopts synchronous belt drive.

Use wide-width high-strength timing belt. Stable feeding control enables stable sewing even with extremely fine needle #8.

• The rotary hook and machine head rotate 360° synchronously to improve sewing efficiency.

There is no need to idle the rotary hook and the machine head to rotate synchronously to achieve perfect stitches in all directions to achieve efficient sewing.

• RFID template identification.

Through the RFID barcode to identify the pattern, the IC chip adhered to the template achieves 100% accuracy by virtue of the RFID device mounted on the machine.

• Use the panel to adjust the bottom dead center height of the middle presser foot.

The height of the middle presser foot and dead center can be changed without any steps during the sewing process, so it is especially effective for sewing layers of fabrics. The middle presser foot accurately presses the sewing material to prevent thread skipping, thread breakage and other malfunctions.
