LZ-2284 High-Speed Zigzag Sewing Machine
The TOPEAGLE LZ-2284 Series is a high-speed, single-needle lockstitch zigzag sewing machine designed for garment, underwear, elastic and decorative sewing applications.
The machine supports both standard zigzag and 3-step zigzag stitching, allowing operators to use one machine for different stitch formations according to the sewing operation.
Unlike the newer integrated-control LZ-2684 Series, the LZ-2284 uses a traditional external operation panel layout, making it suitable for customers who prefer this established machine configuration.
The sewing mechanism uses a rotary thread take-up system together with hook-position compensation to support stable stitch formation at relatively low thread tension. This helps reduce skipped stitches and thread breakage during high-speed zigzag sewing.
For stretch and elastic materials, a micro presser-foot lifting mechanism allows the foot to float slightly during sewing, helping reduce excessive material pressure and improve seam appearance.
