TSH-2998 McKay / Blake Sole Stitching Machine
The TOPEAGLE TSH-2998 is a single-needle lockstitch horn sewing machine designed for McKay / Blake sole stitching in footwear production and repair.
During sewing, the shoe is supported from the inside by a horn while the stitch passes through the outsole and shoe bottom assembly. This construction allows the outsole, upper, lining and insole area to be joined by a direct lockstitch, creating a flexible footwear construction without the separate welt used in traditional welted shoe construction.
The machine is suitable for leather shoes, cloth shoes, boots and children's footwear, and can also be used for selected resoling operations. The current machine is supplied with different horn configurations to accommodate different shoe constructions and sewing positions. TSH-2998

What Is McKay / Blake Sole Stitching?
McKay or Blake construction is a footwear-making method in which the outsole is directly stitched to the shoe bottom assembly rather than being attached through a separate welt.
A horn-type sole stitching machine supports the shoe from inside while the needle penetrates the sole and associated shoe layers to form the seam.

Sewing Process

1. Select the horn configuration.
