Denim is sewn with thicker threads, which makes it difficult to form thread loops on leather sewing machines, and makes it impossible for the thick threads to escape from the loops from the hook positioning hooks, resulting in thread breakage, thread rolling, and skipped stitches. It can be repaired with a thick material type method. Because the thick thread is mainly used, the positioning hook of the rotary hook must be processed and ground during maintenance, so that the thick thread can come out of the positioning hook readily.It is reminded here that in order to make the sewing machine sew better, it is better to choose a better quality rotary hook, which greatly reduces the frequency of thread breakage.
