Action principle of double-acting cutter

1. The tangential solenoid 1 valve sucks in and drives the tangential ball 4 to insert into the tangential cam.

2. The tangent cam is jacked up and raised with the rotation of the lower shaft, driving the tangent link shaft to rotate.

3. The rotation of the tangent connecting rod shaft drives the moving knife connecting rod, so as to drive the two moving knives to move inward.

4. Two moving cutters are engaged directly below the needle to cut the suture.

Adjustment of the double-acting cutter of industrial flatbed sewing machine

Method: loosen the screw (4) for adjustment.

The bite position of the upper moving cutter and the lower moving cutter is directly below the needle to achieve the purpose of the short thread.
