A brief introduction of equipments of KF94 Face Mask Machine

Our company provides KF94 Face Mask Machine , the maichine is a fully servo-controlled, efficient and stable mask equipment, which is mainly used for fully automatic production of KF94 fish-shaped masks.

The driving system of equipment adopts full servo control design and ultrasonic welding，with reasonable structure, improved efficiency, stable operation, and convenient operation.

★Equipment Constitution:

1. Feeding rack assembly: install mask non-woven fabric roll material and nose bridge roll material;

2. Body molding components: make KF94 mask body;

3. Turning mechanism components: Turn the face mask 180° and transport it to the ear welding machine;

★KF94 Face Mask Machine processing flow:

Roll loading and add materia(non-woven fabric, nose bridge strip) → primary ultrasonic embossing → trimming → folding on both sides → secondary ultrasonic embossing → cutting the face mask shape → flipping it→ transferring to the earband welding machine;

★Brief description of equipment：

(1) Pressure is applied by ultrasonic welding and special knurling wheel and die.

(2) No smoke, sparks, no damage to the edge of the cloth during processing, even burrs can also be avoided.

(3) The product can be replaced with various round knurling wheels and knife molds according to customer requirements to meet various masks required by customers.

(4) No preheating is required during manufacturing, and continuous operation is possible

(5) The knurled wheel made of special alloy steel material and undergoes a special heat treatment process has the characteristics of wear resistance and long service life.

(6) The KF94 Face Mask Machine is simple to operate and easy to maintain.
