The electronic pattern sewing machine is mainly used in pattern sewing. This kind of sewing machine is favored by the pattern sewing industry for its unique servo control effect and electromechanical integration for pattern sewing. Electronic pattern sewing machines are frequently used in the sewing industry, but frequent use is a kind of consumption for the sewing machine. How can we ensure the normal operation of the electronic pattern sewing machine and the sewing output?
1. The stitch pulls the fabric inward where the embroidery needle passes through the fabric (shrinks in the direction of the embroidery needle). This may cause the fabric to wrinkle and there will be gaps in the fabric. Automatic shrinkage compensation refers to the excessive contour lines in the shape of embroidery filling needles on both sides of the fabric where the embroidery needle passes through, so automatic shrinkage compensation can offset the negative results of wrinkling and gap generation. Experienced typesetters can also overlap objects during plate making (that is, make the edges larger during the stroke), and use manual methods to compensate for shrinkage.
2. Embroider the lower stitch before filling the stitch to stabilize the fabric or prevent the stitch from getting caught in the fabric. The type of undersea depends on the fabric, the size of the shape, and the type of stitch filling used. Large areas and elastic fabrics such as knitted fabrics and concave-convex fabrics need to use under seams more than small areas and hard fabrics such as twill or leather.

3. Only in a good working environment can qualified products be produced. If our working environment is in a mess, we do not pay attention to product identification and placement, and we do not do a good job of sanitation, then our semi-finished products and finished products will be easy to get dirty and deformed. At the same time, it is difficult to ensure efficiency when working in an unplanned environment.
4. The sharp corner shape of reducing the bulge of the stitch at the sharp corner makes the stitch and stitch bulge, which will form a hard part of the fabric, and may also damage the fabric or break the embroidery needle. Use smart corners to help you control sharp corners in Input Method A and Input Method C objects. There are two types: bevel seam corners and cap corners.
5. The normal operation of the electronic pattern sewing machine is the key to ensuring quality. Because many quality problems are caused by the failure of the sewing machine, such as a jumper, floating wire, broken wire, tooth mark, scratch, inconsistent line density and other phenomena in the production process, they are caused by abnormal operation or improper adjustment of the machine. In view of this, we must do a good job in the daily maintenance of the clothes car and eliminate the machine faults in time.
