Reinforcement sewing (knotting) process
The stitching process adopts lock-type stitching. Generally, stitching is carried out at the beginning or end of stitching to prevent the stitching opening from spreading. A mechanically controlled stitching machine can only sew one stitching type (e.g. stitching). the original method of selecting a sewing machine is to reinforce the number of needles according to needs. With the development of computer-controlled sewing machines, any number of needles can be reinforced by program editing.
Therefore, reinforcement sewing has become the fastest growing sewing process in recent years and one of the main forms of pattern sewing. with the continuous enlargement of the size of pattern sewing, a large model with pattern machines (template machines) as a series has been formed. therefore, when selecting the machine type, not only the number of reinforcing stitching needles but also the size of the pattern stitching frame should be considered.
Button Sewing process
The button sewing process uses two types of thread: lock and chain. Therefore, the selected sewing machine includes a chain sewing machine and a lock sewing machine. the formation of sewing stitch of nailing is a special form of reinforcement sewing. according to the sewing requirements of the buttons, the reinforcement sewing in the two holes is repeated several times to realize the nailing of the buttons on the clothing. Common buttons include flat buttons, vertical buttons, marble buttons, etc.
There are two-hole flat buckles and four-hole flat buckles. When the two-hole flat button is nailed, the sewing machine can complete the reinforcement sewing once. When the four-hole flat buckle is nailed, it is completed by the secondary reinforcement sewing of the sewing machine. Vertical buckles are generally used on the placket and cuffs of thick material clothing. When stapling, the sewing machine is used for secondary reinforcement sewing. when selecting a sewing machine, the type of the button sewing machine shall be determined according to the form of the buttons.
