Safe Operation and Preparation: Before operation, ensure the power supply voltage is compatible (e.g., single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V) and check the grounding reliability. After first use or long-term inactivity, check the lubrication points and add the specified lubricant. Also, confirm that consumables such as sewing thread and needles (e.g., CP5 model) are readily available.

Basic Operating Steps:

Threading and Adjusting: Thread the thread through the spool, thread guide, and needle according to the internal guide wire path of the sewing machine to form a lockstitch. The bobbin thread must be correctly wound onto the bobbin and loaded into the bobbin bed. An automatic threader simplifies threading.

Sewing Settings: Adjust the presser foot pressure and stitch length (3-13mm) according to the fabric thickness (1.5-6mm); set the sewing speed using the electronic speed control knob; low speed is suitable for thicker materials or side seams.

Start Sewing: Place the fabric and press down the presser foot to secure it; slowly depress the foot pedal to start the sewing machine, ensuring a smooth fabric feed; when sewing side seams, control the feed dog and needle plate to prevent fabric skewing.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: After daily use, clean the needle plate and shuttle bed of loose threads and dust. Regularly check the wear of belts and gears. Common problems such as skipped stitches require checking if the needle is bent or the stitch tension is appropriate. Uneven stitches can be addressed by adjusting the feed dog height or replacing the needle.

Precautions: Do not place your fingers near the needle or feed mechanism during operation; always turn off the power and unplug the machine when changing needles or performing maintenance; if the equipment makes abnormal noise or vibrates, stop the machine immediately and inspect it.
