In order to avoid above phenomenon, remember to check the oil pump filter regularly for dust accumulation when using the sewing machine. Only by maintaining a clean oil pump filter can the risk of machine jamming be reduced.

3. Parts are aging, resulting in low transmission efficiency

When the sewing machine has been used for 5, 6 years, or even longer, the parts have different degrees of aging problems. There will be slow machine response and unsmooth spreading. The essence is due to the aging of parts, which leads to mechanical transmission energy loss and low transmission efficiency.

Regularly clean the cloth dust and garbage around the hook, regularly remove the needle plate, clean the teeth and the thread hair on the tooth frame.

4.The abrasion of the machine is intensified, and it is easy to skip stitches and break wires, resulting in low transmission efficiency
