Maintenance of embroidery machine - marking method of cam synchronization

Cam synchronous marking is unavoidable in embroidery machine maintenance. It is very important to correctly mark and determine the degree of hook time.

The dial gauge is a highly accurate measuring tool, which can only measure relative values, but not absolute values. It is mainly used to detect the shape and position errors (such as roundness, flatness, verticality, runout, etc.) of the workpiece, and its measuring accuracy is 0.01 mm.

Simple, accurate, and fast cam synchronous metering method:

First, align the machine pointer between 172 and 173 of the dial (this is the key step), then wrap several layers of cloth around the spindle, mainly to prevent scratches on the surface of the spindle caused by heavy tongs. Alignment number Clamp the spindle with the forceful pliers so that the spindle can not rotate, fix the pliers position, and hit the lower dead point of each nose with the dial gauge.

A specific method for embroidery machine:

Hold the plastic body in the lower section of the drive block with the dial gauge measuring lever, turn the eccentric cam in the positive and negative direction with your hand, and tighten the fastening screw of the eccentric cam fastening sleeve when you repeatedly see the dial gauge pointer pointing to the lower dead point of the slide. Adjust other heads according to the method.

Then adjust the position of the encoder 100 so that the hook time is between 196 and 198. If it is a Quilting machine, when embroidering thick material, the needle rod can be lowered to 200, so that most noses do not skip when hooking.
