Operators work, as long as the overlock machine has been running, and generally will not pay attention to whether the oil pump is good or bad, so the maintenance workers usually must pay more attention to check the overlock machine oil is not up to standard, the oil pump working condition is normal.

The oil pump of the overlock machine is directly driven by the gears on the main shaft to pump oil, so the gears are easy to wear, especially the gears on the oil pump are more prone to wear, once worn, the pump will not rotate, the oil can not be pumped up so that the gears of the overlock machine will be bitten to death because of the lack of oil. In addition, if the oil pump is working in a fully enclosed environment, the oil will be adsorbed in the oil pump bottom oil net, a long time not cleaned up, and the oil net is blocked, affecting the oil intake. Generally about half a year to remove the oil pan of the sewing machine, and clean the dirt on the oil net, if the oil net is broken, needs to be replaced. Also, open the top cover, and observe whether the gears on the main shaft and the oil pump are worn, note that no matter which gear is worn, it must be a pair of gears replaced together, not individually, otherwise, it will not work.
