 1. The needle hole should be glossy and the machine needle should be firm. In case of needle breakage or needle scraping, thread jamming, thread breakage, and other problems, it indicates that the needle quality is not up to standard. The shape, elasticity, bending resistance, and smoothness of the needle must meet the needs of a pattern sewing machine for sewing thick materials. It is best to select the needle produced by a well-known brand manufacturer;

2. The stitches shall be uniform, smooth, well twisted, and firm;

3. All stitches passing parts must be smooth and free of burrs. If there are burrs and groove marks worn by wires, they must be polished and smooth before use;

4. The upper thread scissors shall also be smooth and free of burrs, otherwise the wire may not be clamped or the wire may be broken. It is necessary to regularly check whether the contact part between the upper knife and the compression spring of the upper thread scissors is partially scratched;

5. The rotary hook shall be smooth. If the rotary shuttle does not run smoothly, it will cause the side pressure of the shuttle frame on the rotary shuttle positioning hook to increase, making the take-up rod take-up not smooth. Generally, if this problem exists, it is necessary to replace the rotary shuttle that runs smoothly, or frequently refuel the rotary shuttle to make it run smoothly.
