To further promote the spirit of craftsmanship and carry forward the culture of quality, we have incorporated the concept of excellence into the routine of every employee. We guide our employees to embrace a sense of pride and a high standard of quality with the belief that "if it comes from my hands, it must be excellent." As a result, 13 outstanding employees were honored with the title of "Monthly Quality Expert" in recognition of their contributions.

In recent years, the company has established a comprehensive quality inspection and big data ERP system to create industry-leading products. This ERP system monitors the entire product life cycle, from the design, production, and inspection of individual components to the design, production, packaging, inspection, warehousing, customer use, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire machine. This enables us to trace every quality checkpoint to the individuals responsible. These efforts have provided the necessary conditions to launch our "Monthly Quality Expert" and "Quarterly Quality Star" selection programs.
