Topeagle Organizes Sewing Machine Assembly Skills For Employees

In order to further improve the level of job skills of front-line workers, to motivate the majority of workers to strive to improve their professional skills, to cultivate the industrial workforce, to form a good atmosphere of "compare, learn, catch up, help and surpass", so as to achieve the purpose of continuously improving the quality of the products, on the morning of October 15,  Topeagle held the 2023 Employee Sewing Machine Assembly Skill Competition Activity.

Skill competition activities are divided into screw locking torque test, machine sound test, case workpiece processing, paint protection, and PCB welding five projects are divided into seven groups to carry out, from the U.S. Machine Technology Group, nearly 100 workers from each workshop group to participate in the operation of each project skills competition. At the competition site, the contestants were enthusiastic and showed their skillful techniques. After the skills competition, nearly 30 players in the various projects stood out in the competition and won the first, second, and third prizes.

This activity set up a platform for the first-line workers of sewing machine production and assembly to exchange their skills, and the workers demonstrated their ability of precision processing, assembly, and testing of sewing machines by competing on the same stage, and at the same time, they also learned new knowledge and skills from their fellow workers, which achieved the purpose of learning from each other and improving together.
