7 requirements for ultrasonic lace machine maintenance personnel

　(1) Three good requirements for equipment operators :

a. well-managed equipment. The operator shall be responsible for the management of the equipment he uses and shall not allow others to operate without consent.　

b. the use of good equipment. Strict implementation of equipment operation maintenance procedures and process operation management procedures, do not overload the equipment, prohibit illegal operation.

c. repair equipment. Equipment operators should cooperate with maintenance personnel to maintain the equipment, eliminate equipment failure in a timely manner, and repair the equipment according to the equipment.

(2) 4 " can" will be the basic skills requirements of operators 　

d. operators should first understand the ultrasonic lace machine operation and maintenance procedures, then the correct use of equipment.

e. learn and implement equipment maintenance, planning regulations, work, clean up, and keep the equipment inside and outside clean, and maintain good condition.　

g. Understand the structure, performance and components of the parts you are using, be familiar with the items, standards and methods of daily inspection, and conduct routine inspections as needed.

h. Be familiar with the characteristics of all ultrasonic lace machine , understand the removal precautions, identify the normal and abnormal phenomenon of the equipment, make general adjustments to eliminate simple failures. Issues that cannot be resolved on their own should be reported in a timely manner and eliminated in coordination with maintenance personnel.
