●Feeding timing : The feeding mechanism of the bar tacking machine can only feed materials along the length and width after the needle leaves the sewing material, the feeding movement must end before the needle pierces the sewing material next time. it is the feeding timing. If the match is not correct, it will cause needle breakage and other faults. At this time, loosen the feeding cam fastening nut and feeding cam positioning screw on the right side of the machine.

According to the existing situation, the cloth feed cam I is slightly rotated and fixed again, and the main shaft is rotated by hand to check the cooperation between the needle and the feeding movement, and repeat the inspection and adjustment until the requirements are met. Finally, the feeding cam should be tightened, and if necessary, the position of the parking bump should be adjusted accordingly.

●Needle and shuttle coordination : The bar tacking machine must meet the following requirements in order to ensure that the shuttle hooks into the needle thread loop accurately and make sewing work normally.

(1) When the needle moves to the lower limit position, the shuttle is swung counterclockwise to the extreme position. At this time, the horizontal distance between the tip of the shuttle and the center line of the needle should be 2.5-3.5mm. If this range is exceeded, the shuttle can be released. Adjust and tighten the fastening screws of the holder and the shuttle shaft.

(2) The needle rises, and the tip of the shuttle hook moves clockwise to the center line of the needle. At this time, make sure that the tip of the hook is 1.8-2mm above the needle hole.

If it is inaccurate, loosen the needle bar fastening screw from the small hole on the panel, adjust the height of the needle bar until it meets the requirements, and finally tighten the fastening screw to prevent the needle from moving upward under the frequent action of the reaction force of the piercing cloth and causing jumping needle.

(3) When reaching the stated state, the distance between the tip of the shuttle and the needle should also be ensured to be 0.05-0.1mm.
