The adjustment of thread trimming when the bar tacking machine is working

Regarding the intermittent failures of most bar tacking machines in the current market when cutting the thread during work, Technical staff think the machine's thread cutting function is still there, but there is a problem with reliability, that is commonly referred to as a soft failure. The reason may be there is a trouble with the main control box, or it may be that the moving knife does not reach the maximum moving stroke position. It is recommended to check and eliminate the following aspects of bar tacking machine:

1. We check whether the main control box sends out a trimming signal every time;

2. Check whether the tension of the thread trimming lever spring is weak;

3. Check whether the last stitch has skipped stitches and make sure that the moving knife does not hook the upper thread upwards;

4. The moving knife does not hook the upper thread upwards;

5. The moving knife position is not installed correctly.

In view of the above failures of bar tacking machine, the solutions are as follows:

1. Factories can consider replacing the control box that works normally;

2. Replace the thread trimming lever spring;

3. Press the exclusion of the jet method to exclude the last needle jump.

4. Slim 2 holder line board mounting screws, moving the shuttle board, so that the two are always linear and aligned with the buddh edge;

5. Adjust the knife to the correct position, it is recommended to transfer the knife to the face.

In addition, we take the face line appropriately, so it is also advantageous to cut the surface line.
