A user’s mechanic asked: I have a computer pattern sewing machine in our factory, the pattern cannot be saved or read. there was no problem before, but this situation has appeared today. I have done all the procedures but I haven't solved it. I now suspect that there may be a problem with the computer.
(1) If you cannot write, it may be that the write protection on the floppy disk is turned on. At this time, the floppy disk can only be read but cannot be written.
(2) Open the case and check whether the power cord and data cable of the floppy drive are loose, the power supply voltage of floppy drive is 5 volts. You can measure whether it is normal.
(3) If it is a B model, try to do the system again.
A user’s mechanic asked: The patterns sewn at a sewing speed of 2000 revolutions per minute are all acceptable, but the patterns become deformed at a sewing speed of 2300 revolutions. Slightly press the presser foot with your hand, the pattern will not be deformed. How can I solve it?
It should be that the track gap is related to the tightness of the belt, and the XY guide is not normally refilled with grease, which causes the running to be unsmooth. Pay attention to debugging: there is no gap in the track, but the push and pull are smooth, without any obstruction, and the belt should feel strong tension when pressed by hand.
