Checking and troubleshooting of circuit board of the computer overlock sewing machine
A computer overlock sewing machine from Customer A stopped abruptly when it was running. Fault code E10 (Figure 1) was displayed on the display. After consulting the electronically controlled instructions of the machine, the corresponding error reason for E10 was not found.
In order to find out the cause of the fault as soon as possible, the customer repair staff opens the electronic control box and checks each component for damage one by one. When checking the power supply board of the motor, they find that the welding joints of several components on the power supply board are somewhat loose. Then wipe off the oil contamination around the components with a cloth and weld the loose components (Figure 2). After restarting the engine, the machine is working properly and the problem has not occurred for some time.
Poor trimming of automatic template sewing machine
(1) Fail to cut the top line and bottom line.
① If the moving and moving cutter are not properly matched, readjust the clearance between the matching positions of the fixed and moving cutters.
② If the thread trimming time is too late, readjust the position of the thread trimming cam.
③ The thread trimming solenoid valve does not work. Check the solenoid valve plug and replace the thread-trimming solenoid valve (Fig. 3).
(2) There is a gap in the starting needle.
① Skip the needle when sewing the last stitch, and adjust the position of the shuttle bed and the needle.
② Only the bobbin thread is cut, but not the upper thread. Adjust the position of the moving cutter.
