As the name implies, there are many needles in the multi-needle machine. Its root number includes: 3 needles, 4 needles, 6 needles, 9 needles, 12 needles, 16 needles, 21 needles, 24 needles, 25 needles, 33 needles, 38 needles, 43 needles, 50 needles, 65 needles, etc. to 100 needles and 108 needles.
Usually, 3, 4, and 6 needles are used more frequently. Different needle positions can satisfy different waist widths and needle spacing we want.
If the elastic waist is made, a small tool called a "rubber band frame" can be installed in the front and back of the multi-needle machine head instead of manual waist pulling.

◆According to the body form, the Interlock sewing machine can be divided into platform-type sewing machines and hanging barrel-type sewing machines.
◆Pay attention to the thickness of the sewing Interlock sewing machine. There is a left and right swinging thread fork above the presser foot of the sewing machine. If the sewing material is too thick, the presser foot will rub against the threaded fork and cannot be sewn. The requirement for the thickness of the sewing material of the general flat-type sewing machine is ≤ 4mm.
