1. The gap at the intersection of the upper bending needle and the lower bending needle is too large; Enlarge their deflection angle of the installation position ;

2. The tip of the upper curved needle has been blunt; Replace it;

3. The protruding part on the back of the lower bending needle is seriously worn; Replace it;

Chain thread skipping stitch of overlock sewing machine 

1. Incorrect positioning of chain line crochet hook; Adjust its position;

2. The position of the chain thread take-up rod is not adjusted properly so that the thread of the chain thread Crochet cannot be retracted and the thread discrimination cannot be generated; Adjust the position of the thread take-up rod of the chain thread to produce braid stitch when the sewing material is interrupted;

3. The pressure of chain thread bending needle clamp plate is too loose; Slightly tighten its nut;

4. The return amount or height of chain Crochet is incorrect; Readjust according to the standard;

A broken needle of overlock sewing machine 

1. The lower bending needle is not positioned correctly, and the needle hook is broken; Readjust its position;

2. The needle tip of the machine is not parallel to the center of the needle bar; Correct the needle bar head or replace the needle clamp so that the needle bar center of the machine is parallel to the needle bar center;

3. Wrong position of needle guard frame; Readjust its position ;

4. The presser foot groove is not aligned with the needle; Adjust the position of presser foot groove to align with the needle;

5. Needle installation error; Reinstall the needle with the long hook facing the operator;

6. Improper needle size; Choose suitable thread and needle for cloth

7. The needle has become bent; Change the needle again;

8. Wrong relationship between thimble and thimble; Adjust their relationship;

9. Wrong relationship between needle and crochet; Adjust the relationship between crochet and needle;

10. The needle does not enter the center of the needle plate groove or presser foot groove; Reinstall the needle or needle plate, or high-speed presser foot;
