The thread trimming of the electronic bar tacking machine is very short, and short thread ends appear below. The main reasons are as follows:

(1) Before the thread is cut, the 2 upper threads are not separated properly, causing the 2 upper threads to be cut at the same time (the correct situation is that 1 of the 2 upper threads and 1 bottom thread are cut. The actual situation is now 2 A total of 3 upper thread and 1 bottom thread are cut at the same time), in this case, there will be short thread ends below.

(2) Check whether the floating amount of the tension plate of the second tensioner is appropriate. If the amount of float is too small, the remaining thread length will appear long and short after thread trimming; if the amount of float is too large, the clamping plate will have poor closing after the float is released. According to the inspection result, determine whether to increase or decrease the floating amount of the tension plate of the second tensioner.

(3) Check whether the tension of the thread take-up spring is weak. According to the inspection results, determine whether to increase the tension of the thread take-up spring.

(4) The tension of the first thread tension disc is too strong. Turn the first thread tension knob clockwise to shorten the length of the remaining thread on the needle tip after thread trimming; on the contrary, turn the first thread tension knob counterclockwise to make the remaining thread length on the needle tip longer after thread trimming.
