2. Vibration is a sign to check whether the casing is qualified. Adjust the machine to the maximum speed, put a glass of water on the table, and step on it for 6 seconds to see if the water cup moves. A good machine has a small moving distance.

3. Whether the stitch is uniform is the standard to check whether the machine take-up system, hook system, and cloth feeding system are perfectly matched. Excellent machine stitches are relatively uniform.

4. Whether the line passing part is smooth is also the standard to check whether the assembly process is careful. Take the thread out of the needle hole. Put down the presser foot, pull out the suture about 3 meters with force, and test whether there is loosening and tightening in the middle of the test. The high-quality machine pulling process should be uniform.

5. The ability of thick seam and the thin seam is also critical. Without changing the needle, first, sew 10 layers of denim (knock down sewing), then 2 layers of needle Silk cloth, and then cut the thread empty. The machine that can pass these three levels will not be bad.

6. The blackening of the car oil in the oil pan is an important sign of the quality of the machine head materials. If there is a large amount of powdered sediment in the car oil after 3 months of use, this machine is not far from being scrapped.
