How to debug the blind-stitch machine?

The function of the cloth pressing tongue in edging the trouser leg is to clamp the upper cloth and cooperate with the cloth lifting wheel so that the machine needle can successfully complete the yarn action of piercing the bottom fabric. In view of the special situation of quilting operation of warm pants, the adjustment of cloth pressing tongue should be completely different from the sewing operation such as edging trouser leg. The pressure of the cloth pressing the tongue should be as light as possible, and its upper and lower positions should be slightly in contact with or not in contact with the upper fabric, which can effectively eliminate the phenomenon of mop and reduce the phenomenon of staggered layers of upper and lower fabrics. As the cloth pressing tongue does not play the role of pressing the cloth under normal conditions, and the feeling that there is no trace by hand after sewing, the suture used is very thin, soft, and elastic spandex silk. In this way, the hook fork should be raised as much as possible without affecting the normal sewing, so as to reduce the probability that the hook fork is easy to insert into the cloth due to the bulge of the fabric.

When making warm pants, the gap between the left and right pressers should be as small as possible. The general standard is 1 ~ 1.5mm. In this special case, it is recommended to adjust it to 0mm, Because some fabrics are particularly soft and elastic, if the gap between the left and right presser feet is large, the fabric cannot be properly supported, and the bottom fabric will fall and be clamped between the gaps between the left and right presser feet, resulting in uneven pleating of the bottom fabric. The mechanical maintenance personnel once encountered a case of abnormal sound of the machine during maintenance, and the sound returned to normal when the presser foot was out of contact with the teeth with the knee control. This was mostly caused by the displacement of the eccentric sleeve of the cloth lifting wheel, resulting in the screw on the crank colliding with the casing.
