01. Tips for hoop frame

The hoop frame is a necessary step before embroidery. If the frame is not tightened, the embroidery pattern will curl up into a ball, and the fabric will wrinkle. Therefore, in order to embroider beautiful patterns, it is recommended that you must tighten the screws manually before tightening the frame with a screwdriver.

At the same time, it can be hooped twice. After being hooped once, it can be removed and hooped along the mark once to make the cloth more snug and tight.

02. Cushion nonwoven fabric

Because our fabrics have certain scalability, a layer of backing paper can make the needle drop more stable and the needle depth deeper, so that the embroidered pattern will not be deformed and the fabric will not wrinkle.

03. Stitches loosening

For fabrics with large elasticity, such as some sportswear, fitness yoga clothes, etc., to prevent wrinkles, the stitch should be loosened first. If it is too tight, wrinkles will occur, and the pinhole is also large.

If soft and thin fabrics are used for embroidery, try not to use patterns with dense stitches. The stitch direction of the plate-making bottom thread should be perpendicular to the stitch direction of the surface, and the two directions should be stressed.

04. Select the appropriate embroidery needle and thread

Select appropriate embroidery thread and needle according to the type of embroidery pattern. The quality of embroidery is also related to the quality of the embroidery thread. Polyester silk embroidery thread is more prone to wrinkle than rayon silk embroidery thread. Small machine needles must be used when embroidering silk or satin fabrics, the bottom thread should also be adjusted evenly, not too tight.
