★Repair and maintenance of Industrial sewing machine
(1)The maintenance of a computerized sewing machine must pay attention to a few points:
a. Cleaning feed dog
Remove the screw between the needle plate and the feed dog
, clean the cloth and dust, and add a small amount of sewing oil.
b. Cleaning of shuttle bed
Shuttle bed is the core of sewing machine work and the most vulnerable area to failure. Therefore, it is necessary to remove dirt and add a small amount of sewing oil frequently.
c. Cleaning of other parts
The surface of the sewing machine and all parts of the panel should be cleaned frequently.
(2)Repairing
a. After the work is finished, insert the machine needle into the pinhole plate, lift the pin, and cover the machine head with the machine lid to prevent dust debris from intruding.
b. When starting work, check the main parts first, how about the weight of step-up, whether there is any special sound, whether the machine needle is normal, etc. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be repaired in time.
(3) After the machine has been in use for quite a long time, it is necessary to carry out an overhaul. If heavily worn parts are found, they should be replaced by new ones.
