There are generally the following reasons for the stitches of the interlock sewing machine:
1. The positioning of the straight needle is too low so that the loop of the needle is too large, and the loops are intertwined with each other;
2. The ligule of the needle plate is too narrow, and the straight needle loops are easy to close together to produce the needle phenomenon;
3. The bottom of the looper is too narrow and round, so it is easy to separate the loops of the straight needle on the looper so that the loops are intertwined with each other to produce flowery needles.
Solution:
If the stitches are caused by the positioning of the straight needle too low, you only need to reposition the needle bar according to the standard, and you can also tighten the needle thread a little, and the problem can be solved.
If the loose needle is caused by the small tongue of the needle plate or the lower part of the looper is too narrow, you can replace the needle plate or the looper to solve the problem, but it will increase the cost of repairing the finished product.
We can add silicone oil to the thread of the short needle, but we cannot add silicone oil to the thread of the long needle, because after adding silicone oil to the short needle thread, the thread will be smoother when the short needle thread passes through the looper without pause, so it is not easy to intersect with the long needle thread.
Take the long needle thread out of the small thread gripper on the needle bar, which can reduce the loop of the long needle and further reduce the chance of two straight needle threads intersecting.
When the two straight needles do not cause jumping stitches, they are all tilted into an "eight" shape, and the small mouth of the eight-shaped mouth is facing the operator, that is, the distance between the loops thrown by the straight needles is larger.
