When encountering this situation, we can use the shortest needle and the middle needle to thread and sew, but also install the long needle (the leftmost needle) at the same time. The function of using the long needle is to loosen the bottom thread because it is a mesh fabric, so no pinholes will appear.

When using three needles to make a stitch distance of 0.3mm, the bobbin thread will be very loose. You can slow down the thread take-up time of the looper thread take-up cam, and clamp the bobbin thread clamping plate a little bit. When making a 0.56mm needle distance, you can use 0.3mm thick copper skin, according to the gap between the needle plate velvet, cut a piece of ligature that is the same as the needle plate velvet, and then use AB glue to glue the copper skin velvet to the needle plate completely. On the uvula, after the AB glue dries, polish it with 0-grit sandpaper. There must be no burrs in the incoming line, otherwise, the line will be broken. When the copper skin and the needle board are glued together, they must match. If it does not fit, it may rub against the looper needle, thereby damaging the needle.
