3. Frequent start and stop.

The sewing process is intermittent, and the motor starts and stops frequently. It takes more than 16 hours a day to work. Moreover, the working environment is very dusty, which requires high reliability of the controller hardware circuit.

4. Wide speed range and high-speed accuracy to achieve step-less speed change.

Traditional sewing machines rely on the foot to provide power. Now sewing machines are automatic equipment and do not need manual power anymore. Therefore, the power of long-arm heavy-duty sewing machines is more guaranteed and lasting.
