Pattern "running away"
Press the pattern selection key on the operating panel to display the pattern and see if it is wrong.
Re-enter a pattern.
Check whether the embroidered frame is loose, whether the two drive belts in X and Y directions are identical, whether they are too loose or too tight, whether the pulleys are tight, and whether foreign bodies enter.
If abnormal, repair the mechanical part.

Pattern "Running Position"
Record the data of the pattern starting point and the position of the embroidery frame, and observe whether the pattern can be returned to its original position after it has run out.
Press the key "Return to Origin" or "Start Embroidery Point" after running position and return the embroidery box to observe whether the data of the screen start embroidery point is consistent with the recorded data.
If the data is inconsistent, the main control panel is faulty.
Overhaul the main control panel.
If the data are identical, but the original position of the embroidered frame is incorrect, the step drive system is faulty.
Overhaul stepper motors and drives and their transformers.
X or Y Unidirectional Running Position
Check the connection wires of each part for faults.
Remove line fault and replace faulty step driver.
Alternate the step drives in both directions to see which one is faulty.
Driver power transformer or stepper motor is faulty.
Running in either X or Y direction
Voltage of power grid is unstable and fluctuation is too great.
Install transformer with stable performance.
Memory disk pattern error.
After the system memory test, reset the data and enter the pattern.
Running position due to interference of step signal lines.
Find the source of interference, check the switching power supply (5 volts and 12 volts) and the rack for DC voltages greater than 2 volts, and eliminate leakage if any.
