At present, there are many kinds of feeding institutions in the market.

Standard feeding mechanisms are of sewing machine:

Lower feeding, suitable for all standard sewing work;

Composite feeding, assisted by synchronous needle movement;

Harmonious feeding, multi-layer cloth can be sewn;

Lower feeding and various upper feeding mechanisms, no dislocation, and mobile sewing between cloth layers, which is applied to drum sewing requirements;

Independent pulling and feeding device: used for thick and sensitive cloth;

Feeding wheel and roller presser foot driving device are used for thick and sensitive cloth.

All these mechanisms can also be composed of different types of mechanical parts, such as presser foot type, needle plate type, and cloth feeding dog type; And a special regulation requirement is required at any time. This complex situation shows that sometimes we ask the measurement and test team to compare different feed mechanisms and find their traction limit. The parameter for determining the function is always the stitch length of the stroke and comparing them with the preset stitch length.
