Ultrasonic action on the thermoplastic contact surface, will produce tens of thousands of times per second of high-frequency vibration, this reaches a certain amplitude of high-frequency vibration, through the welding parts to the ultrasonic energy transmitted to the welding area, because the welding area is the intersection of two welding sound resistance, so will produce local high temperature.

Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the plastic, it can not be distributed in time for a while, and gathered in the welding area, resulting in the rapid melting of the contact surfaces of the two plastics, plus a certain amount of pressure, so that they are integrated.
