From 2013 to 2022, the proportion of China's manufacturing industry in the global manufacturing industry has increased from 22.5% to 30%, and China has been the world's top manufacturing country for 13 consecutive years. It is expected that China will turn from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power in 2025 that the manufacturing industry as a whole will reach the middle level of the world's manufacturing power camp in 2035, and that China will further consolidate its position as a manufacturing power and enter the front ranks of the world's manufacturing powers in 2045. into the forefront of the world's manufacturing powers. This is the general environment. At present, in the footwear industry, the intelligence level of clothing manufacturing is much more advanced than shoes, which is equivalent to the middle and late stage of Industry 3.0, with the initial popularity of intelligence; while the overall level of the shoe industry is still in the middle of 3.0.

Analyzing the pain points of the use of intelligent sewing in the footwear and clothing industry is mainly in the following aspects: Firstly, most of the equipment is operated by traditional manual operation and lacks automation and intelligence, which leads to low production efficiency and fails to meet the fast-changing market demand. Secondly, the data integration and analysis capability of the equipment is insufficient to monitor and optimize the process for sustainable improvement. Third, the interface of human-computer interaction is currently not friendly enough, requiring professional skills training to operate, increasing the difficulty of using the equipment and reducing efficiency. Fourthly, the equipment lacks adaptive and flexible production capacity and is unable to quickly adapt to changes in market demand and personalized customization requirements, limiting the flexibility and competitiveness of enterprises.

In addition, data security and privacy protection, with the development of intelligence, the equipment needed to process and store a large amount of data, from the front to the back of the data integration is very high, to strengthen data security measures and privacy protection mechanisms.

Especially in the shoe industry, the three-dimensional sewing of the toe and heel is difficult to automate, and is still dominated by the traditional sewing machine; in the computer-controlled sewing machine clamping technology, we have made some attempts to break through, but often receive feedback that the clamping device is complex, inefficient and not universal, and the quality performance is not up to expectations.

For the future of sewing machinery and equipment, as a back-end enterprise, we hope to devote ourselves to exploring and applying more efficient and sustainable production methods and to carry out tripartite collaboration in terms of human/machine/AI. The future of sewing machinery and equipment will be more and more automated, intelligent, and able to help companies rapidly with flexible production. For example, automated cutting robots and intelligent sewing equipment will significantly improve production efficiency and quality.

Digital technology will be widely used in manufacturing equipment. For example, we have applied 3D scanning and printing technology, and can quickly achieve the transformation of sample production to customized production. Nowadays, machinery and equipment are mostly at the stage of Industry 3.0, and it is important to consider how to equip the equipment with more powerful data integration and analysis capabilities to optimize the production process and improve efficiency. From the big supply chain point of view to cross-border integration with other areas of technology, intelligent manufacturing equipment, and the front end of the material end, the back end of the logistics end combines, to achieve rapid and flexible supply to the end consumer.
