Before the training, the director of the assembly workshop first publicized the purpose and significance of the training, emphasized the guiding principle of "product in hand, quality in mind", and explained the operation steps of the thread gripper process in detail.

Subsequently, the workmen of the process carried out drills one by one. The director of the Technology Center pointed out the nonstandard operation of the new employees in real-time.

After the practical operation of all the workers, the director explained the process of the computer sewing machine thread gripper again in detail, from the inspection of the shell appearance to the final assembly process of the right thread hook and the thread cutter, as well as the relevant precautions, which increased the awareness of the workers present on the basic principle of the process, standardized the operation requirements of the process, and enhanced the quality awareness of the workers.

It is understood that in the next two months, the assembly workshop will continue to carry out process operation skills training for all employees.
