1.The loading rack is unstable, the volume is offset from side to side

A: First of all, it should be fixed. Secondly, the coil rack should be horizontal. Tighten the tensioning wheel or add load.

2.The mask cloth feeding gantry is uneven;

A: adjust the bracket parallel.

3.Mask crimp size

A: The pre-crimping and the crimping parts should be horizontal and the mechanism spacing should be the same.

4.Nose Beam Strips Disengage During Installation

A: The coil must be compressed, installed, and then the strap cut.

5.The bridge of the nose is blocked

A. the bridge of the nose is too hard or too soft

B. inside the nose and mouth is stuck, or the line is slippery.

C. The outlet position is inward or outward

D. Cloth rolling deviation

6.Fold of bridge of nose

a. the cloth roll is biased

b. The position of small baffle plate is incorrect before welding

c. the L pressing plate is too loose, too tight or too inclined

7.Wrinkling after pressing

a. the cloth roll is biased

b. The position of the small baffle is wrong before welding

c. L the pressing plate is too loose, too tight or too inclined

8.Mask deformation

A: the shaping roller is too tight and pleats before welding

9.The mask cannot be cut off

A: the position of the cutter is too high, or the cutter is worn

10.Final pressing wheel adjustment of main body machine

A: too loose or too tight pressure will lead to material floating or mask deformation. Adjust and press until it flies out horizontally.
