How are electronic pattern sewing machines classified?

An electronic pattern sewing machine is an automatic sewing equipment that combines a pattern sewing machine and a microcomputer.

On the basis of the original pattern sewing, plus the powerful function of computer programming control, the electronic pattern sewing machine is endowed with more pattern sewing capabilities, capable of completing patterns that cannot be completed by manual operation and ensuring the quality of sewing products.

Electronic pattern sewing machines are of various varieties and specifications. At present, no unified classification method has been developed. Generally speaking, the following classification methods are commonly used:

1. It can be divided into single head machines and multi-head machines (2-24 heads) according to the number of machine heads;

2. It can be divided into a single needle and multiple needles (3-12 needles) according to the number of needles contained in each end.

3. It can be divided into plate type and cylinder type in the form of a feeding frame;

4. It can be divided into lock stitch (301 stitches) and chain stitch (101 stitches) in the form of stitch used for embroidery.

As each model has the problem of the number of machine heads, machine needles, tension frame forms and stitch forms, the electronic pattern sewing machine will be a big number if these are combined, arranged, refined, and classified, so it can meet the needs of customers at different levels and scales.
