Needle Breakage

During sewing, when the sewing machine needle breaks, it is referred to as "needle breakage."

It pertains to the quality requirements of sewing equipment during operation. The term "light setting" signifies that within the specified speed range and under no load conditions, the equipment can start with an available torque. During continuous operation, it consumes minimal power and produces normal and slight noise. The term "smooth" refers to the consistent starting resistance of the main spindle at any angle. During continuous operation, there's minimal and uniform frictional resistance.
